FIRM

Each project gets the team it requires.

Tiberion builds each project team around the work rather than maintaining a fixed crew.

Principal

Joseph Bellocchio

Joseph Bellocchio reviewing paint colors in an unfinished residential interior.

“The most difficult problems rarely stop at the edge of one trade.”

After earning degrees in business and computer science, he entered mechanical contracting in an administrative role, learned the business from the inside, moved into sales, and became vice president. A later management role with an Italian architectural-interiors company took him across the United States and to Milan, refining his sense of materials, detailing, and the distance between a design and a finished room.

The work that followed kept crossing trade lines — the fault no one had traced, the renovation where several disciplines had to align, the client who wanted one person to see the whole and answer for it. The Tiberion Group was built for that role.

His direction is grounded in hands-on residential construction and building-systems experience. That background shows where trades overlap and when an obvious repair will not hold. He defines the scope, assembles the project team, and directs the work from the first assessment through closeout.

The client receives one coordinated result and always knows where responsibility sits.
